Military Appreciation Club
The new “Military Appreciation Club” is a club for 1st – 5th grade students at Clara Love Elementary. This club is for students who would like to become involved in corresponding with military members stationed throughout the world as well as learning more about the military.
We anticipate a pen pal program, guest speakers, sending care packages for holidays, etc. The club will meet on the first Tuesday of every month before school.

Destination Imagination
Calling all Clara Love problem-solvers! Registration for Destination Imagination 09-10 is upon us. The deadline for registration is Monday, October 19th. No sign-up fees - our district covers the cost for our kids to participate in this program!

What to expect:
Weekly team meetings (about an hour); team-building activities; help the children to understand the challenges and support/supervise their experimenting. The teams consist of up to 7 children and will participate in a regional tournament in February.
