This year the Clara Love Elementary Yearbook will be HARD covered!

Get your Clara Love Elementary Yearbook orders in BEFORE January 27, 2012!

Early orders will be $20.

Orders after January 27, 2012 will be $25.

Absolutely NO orders will be taken after February 24, 2012.

"Yee-Haws"

"Yee-Haws" are on sale! They are just a little shout out to your L'il Texan that you can include in the yearbook. Order SOON as space is limited.

Limit one (1) "Yee-Haw" per child up to 20 words or less. Those over 20 words will be shortened.

Cost - $4 or $6 per family (multiple children)

Please use your childs last name so your child will be recognized.

Example:

John Doe, We are proud of you! Love, Mom & Dad

Yearbook Committee Volunteers are needed!!

I'd like to extend a personal invitation to everyone to join me in our first yearbook meeting of the year. I would like to have these meetings on the last Monday of each month (excluding December) at 7:00. The meeting location will be in my home. Please email me at kellioliver2004@yahoo.com for address.

Holding them at this time and day each month should be easy to remember. Please feel free to forward this email and bring a friend. Everything I would like to go over is listed below for your reference. If you have additional questions let me know. Look forward to seeing you.

Picture Taking Policies:

You must know which students are restricted and not take their picture (teachers will be more than helpful to occupy that student)
When not to go into a class room
Ask teachers when would be a good time to enter the class room
Best photo ops (best time is after lunch or in the morning when students are going to their homeroom classes)
What constitutes a clear photo vs a blurred photo
what photos will be accepted

*Please note* All photos & CD sumbitted for yearbook will NOT be returned.

Grade level point of contact:

I would like one point of cantact per grade level to submit photos
The point of contact can work with other parents, teachers, etc to collect photos
